*Chicago Team: every team member must provide documentation of a negative TB test.  If you have gotten one in the past year, get documentation from your doctor and turn it in to your team leader.  If you have not received one within the past year, you must get the test done as soon as possible and provide documentation.  If you do not have proper proof of a negative TB test, you will not be able to participate!
